- Warm, moist, cooked, grounding foods (stews, root vegetables, ghee, spices)
- Regular routine: consistent wake, meal, and sleep times
- Warm oil self-massage (abhyanga) daily with sesame or almond oil
- Slow, gentle movement (yin yoga, walking); avoid over-exercise and cold
- Meditation, breathwork, and early bedtime (before 10pm)
